Paige Haber
Paige is a Healing Arts Practitioner who is deeply influenced by embodiment and seasonal cycles. After falling in love with the Upper Midwest, Paige discovered that place-based awareness is foundational to nourishing health of the mind, body and spirit. With training ranging from Thai Yoga to Nordic folk medicine, she weaves her background to support her clients in their individual path to thrive and connect with themselves and the natural world.

This session uses gentle movements, energy balancing and passive yoga stretches designed to move and rebalance energy for physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. This session is done fully clothed and on a mat on the floor.

Energy Work
Designed to work with your energy body and may use reiki, chakra balancing, healing touch, marma point therapy, and flower essences to release, harness and balance.

Air = Sound + Tok Sen (Thai Tapping Tool)
To clear holding patterns with vibration both in the energetic field and on the physical body. Tok Sen, Koshi bells and other sound healing tools may be used alongside energy work.
Earth = Aromatherapy + Herbal Compresses
To ground and to connect to the physical plane. Seasonal, organic, mindfully grown or wildcrafted herbs will be used in aromatherapy, or in warm compresses on the body.
Water = Foot Soak + Tea
To nourish and flow. A foot soak with salt + herbs to prepare for the session followed by a cup of seasonally crafted tea to flow into the rest of your day.
Metal = Kansa Wands + Crystals
To support and release. Stones and crystals from We the Starborne be will be integrated with energy work into the session, alongside kansa marma wands to bring clarity through a head and face massage
